Pay Range: $50/hr - $53/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of custom creative initiatives that align the brand with cultural moments, including podcasts, streaming content, and entertainment.
- Manage external partners and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead brand health reporting and analysis in collaboration with market research teams.
- Translate complex research into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Develop messaging strategies and support integrated marketing initiatives across channels.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or brand management.
- Proven ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable frameworks.
- Experience managing agency and partner relationships against timelines and budgets.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience developing strategies that connect brands with cultural moments.
- Familiarity with brand health tracking and market research synthesis.
- Background in integrated marketing and cross-channel messaging development.
