Evaluate and document current BMC Remedy/Helix CMDB processes for BAU and NextGen initiatives
Review ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Service Request, Release, and Configuration Management
Analyze lifecycle and discovery tools (ADDM, SCCM, Netscout, etc.)
Troubleshoot and audit Incident, Change, Release, and Lifecycle Management workflows
Manage CMDB Configuration Items (CIs), including creation, updates, and removal via automation/workflows
Ensure accurate CI relationships, reconciliation, and validation
Audit configuration records and dependency mappings
Identify optimization opportunities and recommend best practices
Propose enhancements and toolsets to improve ITSM and lifecycle processes
Produce documentation, workflows, and technical diagrams
8+ years of experience with BMC Remedy ARS, CMDB, ITSM, SLM, and SRM (development, administration, and support)
Hands-on experience with Remedy 18.x or higher (installation and configuration)
Integration experience with tools such as ADDM, Netcool/ScienceLogic, and Active Directory
Experience with Remedy Smart Reporting
BMC Remedy Certification
ITIL Certification
Prior experience working with NYC OTI or Public Safety agencies
Overtime requires prior approval
