Summary

Role : Sr. Program Manager with strong Change Management Exp.

Responsibilities

  • Change Strategy & Planning Define and execute end-to-end change management strategy aligned with BFS transformation programs.
  • Assess change impact across people, process, technology, and controls.
  • Develop change roadmaps, stakeholder impact assessments, and transition plans.
  • Stakeholder & Communication Management Work with senior business leaders, compliance heads, operations, and IT teams to drive change alignment.
  • Create and deliver clear communication plans, leadership messaging, and executive dashboards.
  • Facilitate workshops, town halls, and change forums to drive awareness and buy-in.
  • Adoption, Training & Readiness Ensure business readiness and user adoption for new systems, processes, and regulatory changes.
  • Coordinate training needs analysis, learning plans, SOP updates, and user enablement activities.
  • Track adoption metrics, resistance points, and remedial actions.
  • BFS Regulatory & Compliance Focus Manage change initiatives linked to regulatory requirements (e.g., risk, compliance, audit, data privacy).
  • Ensure controls, procedures, and documentation meet banking regulatory standards.
  • Support audit readiness and regulatory reviews during transformation programs.
  • Program Governance & Risk Management Embed change management into program governance frameworks.
  • Identify cultural, behavioral, and operational risks to adoption and mitigate proactively.
  • Provide structured reporting on change progress, readiness, and adoption to leadership.
  • Collaboration with PMO & Delivery Teams Work closely with Program Managers, PMO, and Delivery leads to align delivery milestones with change milestones.
  • Support business transition during cutovers, migrations, and go-live phases.
  • Ensure minimal disruption to business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
  • BFS Domain Knowledge (Mandatory) Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Payments, Lending, Trade Finance, or Capital Markets.
  • Strong understanding of BFS operating models, controls, risk, and regulatory environment.
  • Experience supporting changes driven by digital banking, core banking modernization, or regulatory mandates

 

Required Skillset

  • Must-Have Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related discipline
  • 10–16+ years overall experience with strong Banking and Finance exposure
  • Proven expertise in Change Management frameworks (ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, etc.)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
