Program Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager with strong strategic and enterprise project management and leadership experience to contribute toward the success of our business initiatives. This individual will manage large-scale enterprise business/technical enablement projects.

Responsibilities:
* Directs the overall work efforts of a project team
* Provides oversight to meet established function, quality, cost, and schedule goals and objectives for complex large sized initiatives scaling multi-year
* Manages programs/projects from initial concept through post-implementation, including multiple implementation cycles
* Sufficient level of background to provide highly credible leadership to teams and to be able to develop strategies and solutions of high business value, accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues
* Plans and controls multiple related projects with complex dependencies and shared resources and trains others in the use of planning tools
* Applies knowledge by managing project, workstream and related activities while working with business leaders to shape and manage project scope, drive implementation, ensuring sustainable outcomes
* Develops strong working relationships with business partners, subject matter experts, support functions, and other key stakeholders
* Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, render assistance to remove roadblocks and successfully implement technology projects using Agile framework
* Ensures project governance is established and observed. Constructs program reporting and tracking framework and benchmarks
* Escalates issues and risks to appropriate level

REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of project/program management experience
* Experience managing project activities for complex, high profile projects that cross several business lines
* Ability to solve complex problems and engage with different levels of stakeholders
* Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Previous banking or financial services experience preferred
* Track record of meeting deadlines and problem solving in fast paced and high-pressure situations
* Excellent time management and personal organization skills
* Demonstrated team player in a global team, with the ability to act independently but collaboratively in virtual project teams

Extensive experience in:
* Project Management tools
* MS Office applications/tools
* Jira
* Confluence
* Document management

Subject matter expert in:
* Project control and reporting
* Project planning and organization
* Project management in an Agile framework

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
