Job Summary For this role, we are looking for passionate ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst/Functional expert to bridge HR and IT to optimize employee services, requiring expertise in Case Management, Employee Center, and Lifecycle events. The ideal candidate would be responsible for gathering requirements, mapping processes, writing user stories, and managing UAT for HR workflows.
