Summary

JOB SUMMARY This hybrid role requires 3 days onsite per week and is responsible for managing IT Strategy initiatives from planning through execution and delivery. The candidate will engage with key business partners to drive successful outcomes within defined timelines, focusing on project management, stakeholder engagement, and operational improvements. Key Responsibilities Identify customer needs, manage major end-to-end initiatives, and lead medium-sized teams. Manage finances and budgets, identifying cost reduction opportunities and service availability improvements. Define project scope, deliverables, roles, and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders. Establish, plan, and execute major milestone reviews and decision gates throughout the program and project life cycle. Oversee technical leadership for requirements management, design, implementation, system integration, verification, testing, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainment of technical solutions. Identify and manage to the critical path and milestones of a schedule. Identify program and project risks, and follow through on mitigation, resolution, and path to green. Proactively communicate with all stakeholders to identify problems, propose solutions, and implement efficient processes. Closely monitor project progress and ensure timely completion. Adhere to project management processes and procedures. Prepare and report project status on a regular basis, including metrics needed for various risk groups. Demonstrate a strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and managing project teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or equivalents. Professional Project Management Certification and Technical Certifications or equivalents. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of complex project components. Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements. Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills and the ability to build and foster internal relationships. 14+ years of overall experience in IT services, with infrastructure/Data center experience strongly preferred. 8+ years of Delivery / Project & Program Management experience desired. Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Project Management Professional
