Summary

JOB SUMMARY This candidate is responsible for managing initiatives, engaging with key business partners, and driving successful outcomes within defined timelines. The primary focus of this role is on the planning, execution, and delivery of IT Strategy initiatives. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite per week, and candidates must possess excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Identify customer needs, manage major end-to-end initiatives, and lead medium-sized teams. Manage finances and budgets, determine cost reduction opportunities, and improve service availability. Define project scope, deliverables, roles, and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders and business partners. Establish, plan, and execute major milestone reviews and decision gates throughout the program and project lifecycle. Oversee the technical leadership of requirements management, design, implementation, system integration, verification, testing, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainment of technical solutions. Identify and manage to the critical path and milestones of a schedule. Identify program and project risks, and follow through on mitigation, resolution, and achieving a "path to green" status. Communicate proactively with all stakeholders to identify problems, propose solutions, and implement efficient processes. Closely monitor project progress to ensure timely completion. Adhere to project management processes and procedures. Prepare and report project status regularly, including metrics for various risk groups. Demonstrate strong personal accountability for decision-making and managing project teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or equivalents. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of project or initiative components. Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements. Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and foster internal relationships. Preferred Qualifications 08 - 12 years of overall experience in IT services, with a strong preference for infrastructure/data center experience. 2 - 5 years of Delivery / Project & Program Management experience. Certifications Professional Project Management Certification and Technical Certifications or equivalents. Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Project Management Professional
