Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite Level 1 & Level 2 desktop support for end users.
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Resolve hardware, software, Windows OS, and network connectivity issues.
Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change) activities.
Support Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications.
Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory.
Troubleshoot Outlook, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Office 365 issues.
Support conference room AV equipment and video conferencing systems.
Perform hardware replacements, software installations, and system updates.
Document incidents and service requests using an ITSM/ticketing tool.
Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to ITIL best practices.

Required Skills

2+ years of experience in IT Desktop Support or End User Computing.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory.
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Experience with hardware troubleshooting and deployment.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Only 1099 Independent Contractors will be considered.
