Project Coordinator IT Managed Services

We're seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support IT projects from deployment through transition into managed services. This role is ideal for someone who excels at coordination, communication, and keeping projects on track in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources
Support engineers, service desk, vendors, and leadership
Track milestones, deliverables, and project progress
Maintain clear project documentation and status updates
Schedule meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
Communicate updates and escalate risks or delays
Ensure smooth handoffs between project phases

Requirements

Strong organization and time management skills
Excellent communication (written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
Strong documentation and reporting skills

Skills & Experience

2 5 years in a coordination or support role (IT preferred)
Exposure to IT projects, deployments, or managed services a plus
Familiarity with tools like Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Teaching or education backgrounds welcome
