Job#: 3033484 Job Description: Job Title: LiveOps & Portfolio Intake ManagerOverviewThe LiveOps & Portfolio Intake Manager plays a critical role within our team's Global Digital Portfolio & Strategy team, serving as the connective point between strategy and execution for our team. This role drives always-on operational excellence across our team by leading LiveOps coordination and managing global portfolio intake and prioritization.
The ideal candidate will ensure seamless digital operations across teams, maintain visibility into active initiatives, and enable aligned, prioritized execution across the ecosystem. This role is essential to delivering stability, performance, and confidence year-round-especially during peak seasonal and Holiday periods.
Key ResponsibilitiesLiveOps Management (Core Focus)- Serve as the central coordination point between business teams and tech partners
- Lead and support daily execution, ensuring operational readiness and alignment across teams
- Drive holiday planning and execution, including supporting peak readiness and scaling operations during critical selling periods
- Coordinate promotional alignment across business and technology teams
- Manage and communicate critical incidents, including triage coordination and stakeholder updates
- Maintain operational cadence and ensure clear communication across cross-functional stakeholders
Portfolio Intake & Prioritization (Equally Weighted)- Own and manage global portfolio intake workflows via Airtable
- Maintain visibility into all incoming and active workstreams across org
- Drive prioritization, sequencing, and alignment of initiatives to business goals
- Ensure intake requests are properly scoped, documented, and routed to appropriate teams
- Partner with stakeholders to align work against strategic priorities and available capacity
- Identify opportunities to improve intake processes and optimize Airtable workflows (future-state recommendations encouraged)
Cross-Functional Execution- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating needs and ensuring alignment
- Engage with technical stakeholders to understand system constraints and push back when needed to deliver business outcomes
- Support communication, reporting, and operational transparency across leadership and stakeholder groups
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in operations, project/program management, or digital business operations
- Experience working in cross-functional environments spanning business and technology teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with competing priorities
- Experience with Airtable (intermediate level) - managing workflows, intake tracking, and reporting
- Strong project management and operational execution skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting digital commerce, LiveOps, or always-on operations environments
- Familiarity with global/geo operating models
- Experience optimizing or recommending improvements to workflow tools (Airtable or similar)
Work Environment & Expectations- Onsite requirement: 4 days per week
- Holiday support (October-December 20):
- Participate in extended coverage model supporting peak operations
- Not fully on-call 24/7, but expected to be available for incident triage and escalation support as needed
- Ability to flex hours based on business-critical needs and operational events
