• Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI bots using the Kore.ai XO Platform, including Dialog Tasks, Node Flows, NLP configuration, BotKit SDK, Webhooks, and Event Handlers.
• Build and manage conversational flows, intents, entities, tasks, and dialog orchestration.
• Develop custom server-side logic using Python or Java for fulfillment scripts, API integrations, and middleware components.
• Optimize NLP models by improving intent accuracy, training utterances, and tuning conversational performance.
• Implement omnichannel bot experiences across voice, IVR, chat, and messaging platforms.
• Participate in client discussions and contribute to solution design and technical architecture conversations.

• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations between Kore.ai and enterprise applications such as CRMs, CCaaS platforms, internal systems, and databases.
• Build middleware services using Python or Java for orchestration, transformation, and data enrichment.
• Implement secure authentication mechanisms including OAuth2, JWT, API Keys, SAML, and Basic Authentication.
• Support integrations with contact center platforms such as NICE CXone, Genesys, or Five9 where applicable.

• Manage bot lifecycle activities including versioning, environment promotion, and deployment pipelines.
• Configure analytics, monitoring, and conversation logging to track and improve bot performance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX and business teams to design engaging conversational experiences aligned with user personas and business goals.
• Support CI/CD implementation for bot deployments using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.

• Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements.
• Participate in solution workshops and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, API specifications, flow diagrams, and deployment guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of hands-on experience with the Kore.ai XO Platform.
• Strong programming expertise in Python and Java (mandatory).
• Experience building integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Solid understanding of conversational AI concepts including NLP, intents, entities, dialog design, and sentiment analysis.
• Experience with bot orchestration, event handling, webhooks, and lifecycle management.
• Good knowledge of JSON, XML, relational and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of authentication and security protocols including OAuth, JWT, SAML, and Basic Authentication.
