Position: QA Lead
Location: Irving, TX (On-site)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with a strong background in Retail domain to lead and manage QA teams for enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, technically strong, and capable of driving quality across multiple testing phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage QA team members, including task assignment, mentoring, and review
- Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and testing standards
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, and product teams
- Ensure high-quality delivery across functional, regression, and automation testing
- Provide clear status updates and reports to leadership
Required Skills
- 10+ years of overall QA experience
- Strong Retail domain experience (mandatory)
- Proven experience leading QA teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Java
- Selenium
- API Testing (REST services)
