Description
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to provide onsite support for a busy commercial real estate team in Greensboro, NC. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for someone who combines strong administrative ability with graphic design skills and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment. The person in this role will assist brokers with marketing collateral, transaction-related documentation, client communication, and data-driven reporting while helping keep daily operations organized and accurate. This role has the potential to convert to a permanent role for the right person.
Responsibilities:
Create effective marketing materials and property-related graphics using Adobe InDesign and similar design tools.
Support commercial real estate activities by preparing, reviewing, and organizing transaction documents with close attention to accuracy and deadlines.
Edit and annotate PDFs, including listing agreements and related files, to help maintain clear and up-to-date documentation.
Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders in a clear and attentive manner to coordinate updates, requests, and deliverables.
Compile vouchers, track numerical information, and handle detail-heavy administrative tasks that support broker activity.
Work with Excel to organize, adjust, and present data for reports, property information, and marketing content.
Draft written content to accompany visual materials for property promotions and sales support initiatives.
Coordinate the ordering of property signage and help ensure marketing items are delivered correctly and on time.
Provide day-to-day administrative support for multiple brokers while helping prioritize assignments and maintain workflow efficiency.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience supporting brokers, sales professionals, or teams focused on marketing or client services.
MUST HAVE Strong hands-on experience with Adobe InDesign; experience with comparable design software may also be considered but InDesign is highly preferred.
Demonstrated administrative strength, including organization, multitasking, and follow-through in an office setting that requires careful attention to detail.
Comfortable working with numbers, preparing vouchers, and managing detailed documentation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook, as well as Adobe Acrobat.
Ability to edit, redline, and manage PDF documents accurately.
Confidence using web-based applications and general office technology.
Commercial real estate experience is preferred.
