Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to provide onsite support to a team of brokers in Greensboro, NC . This long-term contract opportunity is well suited for someone who combines strong administrative ability with graphic production skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment. The person in this role will help manage marketing collateral, transaction-related documents, client communications, and data-driven tasks while keeping work accurate and organized.

Responsibilities:

Create high-quality marketing materials and property-related graphics using Adobe InDesign and other design tools.

Coordinate documentation tied to commercial real estate activity, ensuring files are prepared accurately and handled on schedule.

Edit and update PDFs, including redlining listing agreements and other business documents as needed.

Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to support day-to-day sales and service activities.

Prepare written content to accompany marketing pieces and promotional materials.

Work with spreadsheets to organize, adjust, and present data in Excel for reporting and business use.

Assist with voucher preparation and other detail-focused administrative tasks involving numerical information.

Arrange property signage orders and help track related requests through completion.

Provide consistent onsite administrative and marketing support for multiple brokers.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience supporting brokers, sales professionals, or marketing teams.

MUST HAVE Strong hands-on experience with Adobe InDesign; experience with comparable design software may also be considered but InDesign is highly preferred.

Proven administrative skills with the ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and learn new processes quickly.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.

Experience using Adobe Acrobat to edit, revise, and redline PDF documents.

Comfortable working with web-based systems and standard computer applications.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing and internal coordination work.

Commercial real estate experience is preferred.
