Summary

We are seeking to hire a Performance Tester with experience in Medicare / healthcare claims environments  to join our team working on a new multi-year award we have within a State Gov’t client, updating their Medicare/Medicaid claims systems.  This role is 100% remote.

 

Being a US Cit is required for working on this program.

 

This position pays a strong salary package with full benefits (including choice of healthcare plans, dental, vision, life insurance, 3 weeks PTO, 11 Paid Federal Holidays, and a matching 401k).

 

An option for working on an hourly rate is also available for those not needing a full benefits package.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·        Develop and run performance tests for Medicare EDI, claims, eligibility, pricing, adjudication, immunization registry, data analytics systems

·        Simulate high volume HIPAA X12 workloads (837, 835, 270/271, etc.)

·        Perform load, stress, and endurance testing for real time (UI and APIs) and batch processes

·        Monitor system and database performance to identify bottlenecks

·        Partner with dev/ops teams to resolve performance issues and optimize throughput

 

Qualifications:

 

·        Experience in Medicare or healthcare claims environments

·        Proficient with performance tools (LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, etc.)

·        Knowledge of EDI X12, claims workflows, and HIPAA standards

·        Strong troubleshooting and analysis skills

·        Familiarity with cloud, containers, and scripting
