Position Details

Location: Richmond, VA
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite at least 1 day per week; must be local to Richmond)
Interview Process: Strict In-Person/Onsite Interview Only

Key Skills & Expertise We Are Looking For

If you have a strong background in the following areas, we want to hear from you:

Migration & Analysis: Proven experience with Application & Data Migration projects, including documenting current/future states, performing GAP Analysis, and creating User Stories with Acceptance Criteria.
Project Coordination: Ability to facilitate project calls, track tasks across multiple cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and act as a consultant to stakeholders.
Process Mapping: Strong skills in representing complex business requirements into clear process flows and pictorial diagrams.
Testing & QA: Hands-on experience creating test plans/scenarios, participating in integration testing, and guiding users through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Security & Documentation: Experience assisting with system security documents and creating end-user training manuals.
Tech Stack: High proficiency in SharePoint, MS Project, MS Teams, and standard MS Office applications.
