Applications Architect

Inspiration Global is looking for a highly skilled Applications Architect to join our innovative technology team and drive enterprise cloud architecture, identity management, and multi-cloud transformation initiatives.

Qualifications and experience:

• A minimum of 5 years with enterprise class Windows Server system design and administration, including the proactive monitoring of system environments and problem resolution, user support, system application support, Operating System (OS) support, hardware/software system installation, configuration and maintenance.
• A minimum of 5 years as an enterprise administrator in an on-premises Windows Server domain infrastructure.
• A minimum of 5 years with the architecture and maintenance of a diverse multi-cloud design using Azure Entra ID tenant/domain infrastructure.
• A minimum of 5 years with the architecture, implementation, management, and maintenance of cloud technologies, including Infrastructure, Platform, Software, Security, and Disaster as a Service models in a multi-cloud environment.
• A minimum of 5 years designing, implementing, and administering cloud networking solutions such as Virtual Networks, including Express Route and Direct Connect.
• A minimum of 5 years designing, implementing, and administering development operations (DevOps) solutions in a multi-cloud environment.
• A minimum of 5 years A minimum of experience working directly with application teams to migrate workloads to cloud platforms, including but not limited to Continuous Integration/Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, to foster rapid integration with DevOps solutions.
• A minimum of 5 years designing, implementing, and administering cloud tagging, costing, charge-back, and scaffolding solutions in a multi-cloud environment.
• A minimum of 5 years supporting and maintaining application identity in a multi-cloud environment.
• A minimum of 5 years with the architecture, development, and maintenance of a cloud platform, utilizing policy to ensure safe and responsible scripting.

Responsibilities:

Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:

• Design, install, maintain, and document all server and Microsoft Azure Entra ID cloud platform requirements. These duties include, but are not limited to: system administration, server maintenance, monthly patching, daily monitoring, error tracking, issue remediation, and change control.
• Perform Identity and Access Management (IAM) integrations, including application, Application Programming Interface (API), SoftwareasaService, and Commercial OfftheShelf (COTS) systems, with Microsoft Entra ID for Departmentapproved solutions.
• Develop and implement Cloud Financial Operations (FinOps) strategies, including the creation of reports that support a distributed chargeback model for all budget sources utilizing workloads within the Microsoft Azure platform.
• Plan, implement, and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) and business continuity capabilities for workloads hosted in the Microsoft Azure platform. This includes configuring backup and replication services, validating Recovery Time Objective (RTO)/Recovery Point Objective (RPO) requirements, performing scheduled DR testing, documenting recovery procedures, and supporting failover/failback operations.
• Perform proactive monitoring for all platforms serviced by the Enterprise Cloud Support Team.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues reported by customers, system administrators, and support teams.
• Provide documented resolutions for Service Desk and Change Management tickets.
• DATA SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY TASK: The Contractor, its employees, subcontractors, and agents must comply at all times with all data security procedures and policies in the performance of this scope of work as specified in the Data Security and Confidentiality document attached to the purchase order.
