Digital Channel Marketing Manager to join the Business Messaging
Marketing team and cover a critical workstream during a maternity leave.
This fixed-term role is essential to ensure seamless continuity of our digital and in-product marketing programs for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), with a focus on WhatsApp business products. You will be responsible for maintaining and executing ongoing campaigns, collaborating with
cross-functional teams, and supporting key business objectives during the leave period.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign development
- Lead development and execution of WhatsApp Business in-app
communications digital strategy across owned and operated digital channels
to drive customer acquisition, retention, and product engagement.
- Leverage a deep understanding of lifecycle marketing to design and
implement an audience-first creative and communication calendar that
balances user-centric strategies with product adoption goals

- Partner with cross-functional teams, product, content, creative, DS, to create
comprehensive and effective channel, measurable campaign experiences.

Job Title & Level: Marketing Associate V
Desired Location (Remote/Onsite): Hybrid in New York (at least 3 days onsite)
- Drive product adoption by crafting clear calls-to-action (CTAs) and utilizing
deep links to seamlessly guide users to key features and experiences within
the app.
- Lead working team of technical program managers, engineers, creative to
drive campaign execution.
- Measurement and reporting
- Work with the data science team to analyze web analytics, channel
engagement data, and product usage data to monitor marketing performance,
measure campaign effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement, making
data-driven decisions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to embrace ambiguity, proactively develop solutions, and
influence cross-functional teams to deliver results within established timelines.
- Highly organized, with proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
at various stages of completion.
- Basic understanding of mobile app development and experience collaborating with
technical teams to implement communication strategies.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to optimize
communication effectiveness.
- Proven track record of managing projects that require a strong blend of creativity,
strategic thinking, and execution to deliver both foundational and innovative
campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative and unique solutions to marketing
challenges faced by small businesses.
- Bachelor s degree and a minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in content strategy
- Experience leading vendor and agency relationships
- Advanced knowledge digital campaign creation, A/B testing, and campaign performance
optimization.
- Proficient in navigating complex creative challenges that arise during the localization process,
with a proven ability to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of diverse global
audiences
