Job Role : UKG UltiPro / WFM Consultant

Location: El Dorado Hills, CA (Preferred) Open to Phoenix, AZ | Raleigh, NC | Richardson, TX

Duration: Contract

Client : Infosys/BCBS

FIX rate (No Negotiation ) :
$55/hr on W2 (No Benefits)
$65/hr on C2C

Key Responsibilities:

Manage UKG UltiPro (Payroll, HRIS) and UKG WFM (Timekeeping) systems
Handle end-to-end payroll processing and time data accuracy
Monitor and resolve Oracle UltiPro integrations issues
Troubleshoot WFM timekeeping errors impacting payroll
Support user login & access issues (HR self-service, payroll, benefits)
Process inbound/outbound payroll vendor files (Fidelity, Mercer, HealthEquity, NEBA)
Manage arrears, payroll imports, and batch processing
Perform GL reconciliation and payroll audits
Support year-end activities (W2, tax compliance, reporting)
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and system reliability

Required Skills:

Strong experience in UKG UltiPro Payroll & UKG WFM
Experience with Oracle HCM / ERP integrations
Knowledge of payroll processing, tax, GL, and compliance
Hands-on with SFTP, file processing, Excel/CSV
Experience in vendor file management & payroll audits
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis
