SKILLS-
10+ years of overall IT experience
8+ years of Oracle Fusion experience
Finance/ERP domain experience with Oracle EBS
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Expense module version 23 or later
Experience with Oracle HCM, GL, AP, Payroll, and expense-module integrations
Hands-on experience leading Oracle Cloud Expense implementations and managed support
Experience leading onshore and offshore teams
8+ years of Oracle Finance/ERP Cloud implementation experience
Experience with SCM orchestration
Participation in five or more Oracle Finance Cloud implementations
At least three full implementation cycles as a functional lead or SME
SME experience in at least three Oracle Cloud modules
Implementation or support experience with Oracle Cloud Financial modules
Hands-on experience in at least five Cloud Financial modules
Strong financial business process knowledge
Experience with SQL, OTBI, BIP, FRS, FBDI, ADFDI, and BPM workflows
3–5+ years of experience with Oracle Accounts Payable, including participation in full lifecycle implementations
Demonstrated experience supporting Public Sector Oracle implementations (federal, state, local government, or public agencies)
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes including invoice lifecycle, supplier management, payments, approvals, and expense processing
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials, specifically Accounts Payable and General Ledger
Experience in implementing IDR (Oracle Intelligent Document Recognition).
Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Cloud AP to meet business and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions and collaborate effectively with technical teams
Oracle Financials or Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus
