Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and test control systems and software for manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex controls-related issues on production equipment.
- Implement and optimize PLC, HMI, and robotics programming for automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new equipment and processes.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including electrical schematics and control narratives.
- Conduct root cause analysis of failures and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements for control systems.
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production personnel.
Recommended Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in controls system design, programming, and implementation in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell Automation, Siemens) and HMI development.
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus).
- Experience with robotics and vision systems integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and control systems.
