As a Business Analyst in this role, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting functional requirements, working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into actionable solutions. You will play a key part in the design phase, ensuring that proposed solutions align with organizational objectives and user expectations. Your involvement will extend to testing, where you will validate that deliverables meet the defined requirements and function as intended. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will collaborate within Agile teams, contributing to iterative development and continuous improvement.
Exposure to tools and processes such as ServiceNow, Agile methodologies, and structured requirements gathering techniques will be highly beneficial. Experience in requirements gathering, testing, conducting user acceptance testing, and creating detailed process documentation will help you excel in this position. Familiar with cross-functional environments and the ability to adapt to evolving project scopes will further support your success. Your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and manage multiple priorities will be essential as you drive projects forward and deliver value to the organization.
Responsibilities:
- -Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow solutions
- -Translate functional requirements into detailed agile stories
- -Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately
- -Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- -Develop and execute test cases to validate solution functionality and quality
- -Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
- -Document business processes, workflows, and system interactions

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $80,000 90,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
