This is a time of transformation for console and digital marketing. As a key leader of our Console Digital Marketing team, the Digital Marketing Console In-Product Campaign Manager
Will lead P0 and P1 launch campaigns across Console In-Product surfaces including console, pc, cloud and mobile experiences. In this role, you will partner closely with Product Marketing to understand business priorities and drive campaigns that support game sales, Game Pass sign ups, upgrades, engagement and retention. Responsibilities include roadmap, audience, and priority alignment. Additionally, you will provide cross-functional guidance to members of the wider Digital Marketing organization who oversee customer experience, design, campaign execution, operations, experiments, and analytics.
What you'll do
Drive Console In-Product digital marketing campaign strategy for 20+ campaigns per month.
Recommend messaging, imagery, audience targeting, and frequency caps as well as proposing experiments to optimize the campaign playbook.
Review campaign performance and recommend changes to improve campaign performance.
Develop a consistent playbook for communicating campaign plans and performance with stakeholders across Digital Marketing partner teams.
Contribute to the development of the Digital Marketing GTM plans including sharing creative executions and reporting on campaign performance.
Lead onboarding for new consultants who join the team.
Preferred Qualifications
7+ years in advertising, media planning, product marketing, product management, paid media, digital merchandising, business strategy or programming
Strong understanding for developing digital campaigns that includes continuously iterating to drive better performance
Outstanding project management and time management
Strong partnership and collaboration skills
Strong communicator across all aspects of campaign development
Analytical mindset for continuous improvement
Understanding of gaming industry and gaming GTM plans
Knowledge of consumer subscriptions services and content marketing
Notes:
This role will contribute to the marketing campaigns for a large gaming subscription service. The role will work closely with marketers for this service on acquisition and retention of subscribers by developing campaign plans and work on in depth campaign decks in collaboration with design teams. They will then route campaign decks into actions for the production teams to build through Azure DevOps. The role will also support partner management through various meetings, including a few large external partners. The role will not focus heavily on strategy, but a candidate with an open mind that is willing to adjust their strategy to a constantly evolving business may help in future.
The role will consist of partnering with key stakeholders across marketing, engineering, business planning, and programming to pull campaign details together into briefs that will guide programming teams to deliver flawless campaign execution.
