Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Malvern, Pennsylvania. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects with a dynamic team until December 2026, with potential for extension.

Strong technical depth with a solution-oriented mindset
Proven experience leading technically while staying hands-on
Expertise in resilient, cloud-native system design
Ability to operate across backend services, cloud infrastructure, and UI/Frontend concerns
Comfortable working in high ambiguity and evolving environments
