Project/Program Manager IV

TEKsystems is partnering with a client looking for a Data Center Design Engineering Manager to lead design engineering efforts throughout the construction phase of large-scale data center projects. In this role, the manager will oversee design integrity, direct coordination between design and construction teams, and drive timely resolution of technical challenges on active job sites. The position requires hands-on leadership, including reviewing RFIs and submittals, conducting site visits, managing design documentation, and ensuring alignment across architectural and engineering partners. Candidates should bring extensive experience across the full data center design lifecycle, strong construction administration knowledge, and proficiency with tools such as Procore and Smartsheet. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture, at least seven years of relevant experience, and the ability to travel within the AMER region are required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $85.00/hr.
