Objective:
Seeking two IT Help Desk Technicians to support a large-scale refresh project, replacing desktops, laptops, monitors, and accessories for approximately 300 users across the agency.

Position Summary
Temporary technicians will assist with the deployment, installation, and configuration of new computer equipment for agency staff. This role requires strong customer service skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to follow established processes to ensure smooth and efficient device upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
- Work under the direction of the IT Director to replace and upgrade computers, monitors, and related peripherals for designated users.
- Follow standard procedures for inventorying, staging, and deploying new devices across multiple departments with minimal disruption to operations.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to agency staff and troubleshoot post-migration issues, including user profile problems, network connectivity, and software concerns.
- Communicate regularly with internal teams regarding progress, completed tasks, and any identified issues.
- Adhere to project timelines and meet daily upgrade quotas for end users.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Minimum 2 years of help desk or technical support experience.
- Proficient knowledge of Windows 11.
- Ability to troubleshoot IT and telecom-related issues, including hardware and software diagnostics.
- High school diploma required.
- Degree or certification in IT, Information Systems, or Computer Science preferred but not mandatory.
- A+ and/or Network+ certifications strongly preferred.
