Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow development, JavaScript scripting, workflow automation, and system integrations.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ITSM and HRSD modules, along with advanced troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Key Responsibilities
Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Advanced JavaScript / ServiceNow scripting – Strong knowledge of server-side and client-side scripting, including - Business Rules, script includes, client script, UI policies
Flow Designers - Knows when to use low-code automation and when custom code is needed, including - Flow designer, Sub flows, custom actions
API knowledge – Rest APIs, RESTMessageV2, Webhooks & authentications
Integrations & Spokes
Advanced Troubleshooting and debugging skills
Required Qualifications
ITSM (IT Service Management)
HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
Advanced JavaScript / ServiceNow Scripting
Flow Designer
REST API Integrations
