Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Functional Lead Order-to-Cash (OTC)
Location: Dearborn, MI (Onsite 4 days/week)
Job Type: W2 Only (No C2C)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Functional Lead (OTC) to drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes in a dynamic enterprise environment. This role requires strong functional expertise, leadership in solution design, and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage end-to-end OTC processes (order management, pricing, delivery, billing, returns)
Lead solution design, configuration, and fit-to-standard decisions
Drive UAT strategy, testing cycles, and go-live readiness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, and Master Data
Ensure seamless integration with EDI, middleware, tax, and payment systems
Define KPIs and ensure process efficiency and compliance

Required Skills:

Strong SAP S/4HANA Sales (SD) functional expertise
7 12+ years of experience in OTC / Sales Operations / SAP functional roles
1 2+ years of S/4HANA implementation or ECC to S/4 transformation experience
Deep knowledge of pricing, billing, and order management processes
Experience with integrations (EDI, tax engines, payment platforms)
Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with SAP VMS (Vehicle Management System)
Knowledge of Settlement Management / Rebates
Exposure to BRF+ Output Management and Fiori apps

Education:

Bachelor s Degree required
Master s Degree preferred

Additional Details:

This is a W2 only role (No C2C)
Onsite role in Dearborn, MI candidates must be local or willing to relocate
