About the Opportunity Design and implement test automation strategies covering functional, performance, security, load, smoke, accessibility, and integration testing. Develop robust, reusable automation frameworks that support multiple scenarios and environments. Lead and mentor product teams in automation initiatives, establishing best practices and standards. Enhance system performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks through automated performance tests. Ensure system reliability under load by developing and executing stress, load, and scalability tests. Integrate automated tests into deployment pipelines for seamless validation of software changes. Drive process improvements by analyzing logs, execution reports, and test results. Conduct root cause analysis of defects and collaborate with developers to improve reliability. Research and implement emerging technologies, frameworks, and techniques to advance automation effectiveness. Establish and enforce testing standards for automation coverage, test data management, and policies. Define and report on quality metrics in collaboration with stakeholders. Demonstrate adaptability by taking on additional responsibilities and supporting evolving organizational needs. About You Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 6–8 years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks across multiple testing types. Strong programming skills in Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python. Expertise in UI and API automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, REST). Knowledge of frameworks and methodologies such as TestNG, Cucumber, TDD/BDD. Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub or similar tools. Familiarity with version control and test management platforms (e.g., Azure Test Plan, ALM/Quality Center, qTest). Proven ability to lead automation initiatives and drive strategic testing improvements across teams. Strong analytical skills to assess trends, optimize test coverage, and enhance overall software quality. Experience testing cloud?based or distributed systems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor and influence teams.
