About The Opportunity Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, HR, and related departments to elicit and prioritize business requirements. Conduct workshops and interviews to understand processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Write clear, concise user stories with well?defined acceptance criteria. Ensure alignment between business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and development team deliverables. Break down high?level requirements into actionable tasks. Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand?ups, and retrospectives. Work closely with product owners to prioritize backlogs and ensure business goals are met. Partner with ServiceNow developers to design and validate solutions. Ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with best practices. Coordinate and participate in testing activities, including test plan and script development. Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and solutions. Provide training and support to end?users as needed. Automate major ServiceNow modules using the Automated Test Framework (ATF). About You 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ServiceNow (HRSD as primary, ITSM as secondary). Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in ServiceNow, particularly HR, IT, and security incident response modules. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices. Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria. Excellent problem?solving skills, communication abilities, and collaborative mindset. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.
