Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field,

Required Experience:
1. 15+ IT work experience with demonstrated knowledge in architecture design, software development, database management systems and systems integration in multi-platform environments.
2. Knowledge of and experience with State of Florida information technology standards and processes.
3. 15+ years of experience with Microsoft C#.Net, MVC, JQuery, and Responsive Design.
4. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
5. Experience with Oracle.
6. Experience with Microsoft Azure.
7. Experience with Visual Studio 2012 and later.
8. Experience using HTML.
9. Experience with Test Driven Development and Unit Testing methodology.
10. Experience working in a Waterfall and/or Agile development environment.
11. Strong communication and validation skills.
12. Experience with IT systems and processes, methodologies and their direct implementation to projects.
14. Experience with defining Web architectures and design for enterprise
15. Experience working on multiple projects as a project leader or frequently as the subject matter expert.
17. Goals-oriented proactive team player with the demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced professional environment.
19. Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to garner support from a wide variety of stakeholders.
21. Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills that can make

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.
