Seeking a Sr Systems (NetSuite) Director of Supply Chain & Logistics or our client located in St. Pete, FL for this fully onsite positions.

As a Sr Systems (NetSuite) Director of Supply Chain & Logistics, this role will shape strategy across forecasting, inventory, supplier management, and operational finance while partnering closely with cross-functional leaders to support business growth. The ideal candidate brings strong global leadership experience, sound commercial judgment, and a data-focused approach to improving service, cost, and working capital performance.

Responsibilities:

Direct end-to-end supply chain strategy across purchasing, procurement, logistics, and distribution activities to support reliable network performance.

Guide demand and supply planning processes by aligning forecasts, inventory goals, and replenishment decisions with sales and operational priorities.

Oversee the financial performance of supply chain functions through budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and long-range planning initiatives.

Design and refine portfolio and inventory management practices that strengthen product availability and improve operational efficiency.

Lead supplier strategy by managing sourcing decisions, contract negotiations, performance reviews, and risk mitigation planning.

Introduce and enhance digital tools, analytics, and system-driven processes that increase visibility and improve responsiveness to demand changes.

Ensure all supply chain and logistics activities meet applicable trade, customs, environmental, and regulatory requirements across relevant markets.

Partner with product, engineering, sales, and operations teams to align supply chain capabilities with new product plans and customer demand.

Build, mentor, and hold accountable a high-performing team through clear expectations, coaching, and leadership development.

Manage customs and trade programs, including classification, duty optimization, and bonded warehouse processes, to control landed costs and maintain compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree in business, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics within manufacturing or distribution settings.
Demonstrated success leading global teams and overseeing international sourcing and logistics operations.
Strong expertise in supply chain strategy, inventory optimization, and multi-site operational planning.
Experience partnering with product development and engineering teams during sourcing, supplier selection, and launch execution.
Proven ability to negotiate complex vendor agreements and influence decisions at the executive level.
Advanced analytical skills, including strong Excel capabilities and experience working with ERP or MRP platforms; NetSuite experience is preferred.
Familiarity with Netstock and Amazon Seller Central is preferred.
