Service Delivery Engineer 2, Service Delivery

As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will execute implementation tasks, maintain runbooks, and assist in root-cause analyses. You will collaborate with peers and stakeholders to meet milestones.

You will:
  • Execute tasks per runbooks and implementation plans.
  • Assist in root-cause analyses and remediation.
  • Maintain documentation accuracy and approvals.
  • Support testing and customer communications.

Essential Requirements
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Execution per runbooks and SOPs.
  • Troubleshooting and root-cause participation.
  • Accurate documentation and approvals.
  • Team collaboration and time management.
  • Good organizational and planning skills to coordinate program deliverables

Desirable Requirements
  • Typically requires 2+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience
  • Ability to set priorities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
