Join our first-class team to reinvent in-flight experience. In the role of Intern, Engineering you'll play a pivotal part on our Engineering team. The Engineering Intern will support the design, analysis, and testing of aerospace components and systems under the supervision of experienced engineers. This role involves collaborating on engineering projects, preparing technical documentation, and contributing to problem-solving and process improvement initiatives. The intern will gain exposure to industry standards, CAD tools, and project workflows, developing valuable hands-on experience. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

This position contributes to our vision by:
Assist in the design and modeling of aerospace components using CAD software.
Support engineering analysis and calculations for ongoing projects.
Prepare and update technical documentation and drawings.
Participate in prototype building and testing activities.
Collect and analyze test data, reporting findings to the engineering team.
Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
Participate in design and project review meetings.
Research new materials, technologies, or industry trends.
Help ensure designs comply with industry and safety standards.
Assist with process improvement and efficiency projects.
Communicate project status and findings to supervisors and team members.
Provide general support to the engineering team as needed.
Closely supervised with little latitude for independent judgment

For Cabin TA Internships:
Internships are 12-weeks in duration and 29 hours/week.

The expected salary range for this position is between $22/hr-24/hr USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.

Qualifications:
Education:
Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in engineering or related field as a junior or senior level student.

Experience: 1 year experience

Computer Skills:
-Basic knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Other Skills:
- Effective oral and written communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail
- Problem solving, well organized, detailed oriented and accurate.
