We're seeking a Virtual Directory Engineer to support an enterprise identity platform. This role focuses on internal customer support, troubleshooting integration issues, and assisting with enhancements to a virtual directory environment.
Responsibilities
Respond to internal requests through tickets, email, and chat.
Support and maintain the virtual directory platform and related directory services.
Assist with onboarding new integrations and gathering technical requirements.
Contribute to upgrade, migration, and data-center initiatives.
Troubleshoot data flows across multiple back-end sources.
Maintain documentation and monitor system health.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of LDAP and general IAM concepts.
Experience with SQL queries (views, joins, lookups) and ETL-style data flows.
Familiarity with virtual directory or identity data-integration tools (RadiantOne, OUD, Ping, etc.).
Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile environments (Kanban or Scrum).
Preferred Skills
PowerShell or similar scripting experience.
Understanding of PBAC/RBAC/ABAC models.
Awareness of SIEM concepts.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $54.60 - $60.00/hr.
