Title: Backend Developer (.NET Core)
Location: Fort Mill (Preferred), New York, Austin
Employment Type: Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H)
About the Role:
We are seeking talented backend developers to join our clients Account Lifecycle Management domain. This team is responsible for building scalable backend systems that power direct business offerings, account opening integrations, and next-gen financial services solutions. You will work on high-impact projects involving API development, system integration, and cloud deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs using C#/.NET Core.
Integrate with internal and external systems using RESTful services.
Deploy applications to AWS (or other cloud platforms) and ensure high availability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
Debug and optimize production-grade systems for performance and reliability.
For senior roles: provide architectural input and mentor junior developers while remaining hands-on.
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in C#/.NET Core and backend development.
Experience with API design, integration, and documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI).
Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure acceptable).
Familiarity with RDBMS and Kafka.
Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex systems.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ELK Stack, Dynatrace, and performance monitoring tools.
Exposure to Camunda or similar BPM tools.
Financial services experience (nice-to-have).
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
