Job Description
Seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA EWM Support Consultant to provide onsite operational support, resolve functional issues, and deliver minor enhancements in the EWM module.
Scope of Work
Delivery Model: Sprint-Based Execution
Creation of Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)
Configuration changes in SAP S/4HANA EWM
Support and enhancement task execution
Technical Scope
No initial dedicated development
Recommended to add onshore developer for debugging/technical analysis
Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2/L3 EWM support
Troubleshoot issues in inbound/outbound, warehouse tasks, and RF processes
Support picking, packing, staging, replenishment, putaway, and physical inventory
Work with cross-functional teams: MM, PP, SD, TM
Prepare functional specs for small enhancements
Maintain documentation, process flows, and issue logs
Work closely with business and technical teams onsite
Required Skills
12 15 years total experience, with strong SAP EWM background
Minimum 5 10 years in EWM and 2+ years in S/4HANA
Strong knowledge of WOCR, RF framework, batch/serial handling
Hands-on support experience (ITIL preferred)
Excellent communication and analytical skills
