Screen resumes and applications based on specific guidelines to identify qualified candidates.
Coordinate interviews, drug screens, and hiring process communications.
Schedule candidates for New Hire orientation using a standardized, scripted process.
Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities and candidate data.
Engage in sourcing and screening activities, balancing time effectively between direct candidate interaction (75%) and sourcing/administration (25%).
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the talent acquisition function.
Required Qualifications:
Previous Talent Acquisition experience within a manufacturing plant environment is required.
Minimum of 6 months experience in a manufacturing talent acquisition role; 1+ year preferred.
Proficiency in Google Workspace tools is preferred.
Experience with job boards and recruiting software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
Strong ability to multitask and remain target-driven.
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred. Bachelor''s degree required for conversion to full-time employment (FTE).
1 year of Recruiting or HR experience or recent BA/BS graduate with internship experience.
