Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking two Retail Lead Project Coordinators for New Stores. One is based in Dublin, CA and other is based remote on the East Coast. This role would be helping with new store openings.

Responsibilities:
* Builds and manages the installation of multiple Store Planning fixture and remodel projects
* Own fixture installs end to end; The goal is speed, quality, and risk mitigation during installs
* Manage multiple stores concurrently (up to 4 active installs at peak)
* Own execution from ~12 weeks out through close out
* Run cadence calls (-1 hour per store per day during installs)
* Track shortages, escalate risks, manage punch lists
* Coordinate with vendors, installers, construction, internal partners
* Validate work via video calls or on site visits
* Maintain weekly updates and status reporting
* Support after hours work when installs require it

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven project coordination experience across multiple projects at once
* Comfort managing vendors/contractors
* Strong communication; Must be vocal and confident
* Detail oriented; able to track shortages, risks, punch lists
* Comfortable with fluctuating workload and after hours calls
* Able to operate with autonomy (not task by task direction)

Tools:
* Excel, Smartsheet (basic to intermediate)
* Video calls for remote store oversight
* No heavy design tools required for this team

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
