RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Senior Manager G&A in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Key Responsibilities:
Workforce Planning & Analytics:
* Act as the Finance subject-matter lead for Compensation & Benefits planning, workforce planning, and position management processes
* Partner with HR and senior leaders to optimize workforce data usage, delivering insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
* Develop and implement workforce metrics, KPIs, and analytics tools that elevate workforce analytics as a strategic, data-driven partner to the business

G&A Financial Planning & Performance Management:
* Lead the G&A operating plan, quarterly forecast, and monthly close forecast processes
* Provide comprehensive reporting and variance analysis with actionable recommendations for senior leadership
* Develop and deliver high-quality executive-level reporting packages that clearly articulate G&A spend, key cost drivers, and trends
* Produce cost-driver-specific ad hoc analyses highlighting opportunities to optimize spend and improve financial efficiency
* Design and maintain KPIs to measure performance against benchmarks, historical trends, and strategic targets

Process Optimization & Automation:
* Identify opportunities to streamline and automate recurring manual processes using approved analytics and AI tools
* Drive improvements in productivity, accuracy, and reporting efficiency through standardization and continuous process improvement
* Partner with HR teams to assess systems and process enhancements related to headcount and contractor hiring
* Collaborate with HR and operational teams to ensure organizational charts remain accurate and up to date with minimal manual intervention

People Leadership & Collaboration:
* Lead, coach, and develop direct reports, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented team culture
* Promote collaboration and strong partnerships across Finance, HR, and business leadership

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8-10 years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, Business Finance, or a related field
* Demonstrated growth in scope, responsibility, and leadership
* Experience managing and developing teams
* Trusted business partner with a track record of working effectively across diverse functions and leadership levels
* Strong strategic thinking, change leadership, and communication skills
* Strong analytical, financial modeling, and executive storytelling skills
* Advanced experience with Hyperion, Oracle, and PowerBI platforms
* Proven ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders
* Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally to develop and execute enterprise-level strategies
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and guide senior stakeholders
* Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Service-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement and business impact

Work Environment & Expectations:
* Primarily office-based in a professional, climate-controlled environment
* Minimal travel expected
* Requires regular collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
* Must be able to work from a designated office location Monday through Thursday; Remote work on Fridays

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
