Product Performance Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Plantation, FL that is seeking a highly motivated Product Performance Manager to join a newly established product performance function. This role will be responsible for driving product optimization, overseeing revenue-generating offerings across multiple customer touchpoints, and shaping a data-driven approach to product investment and portfolio strategy.

Summary:
The Product Performance Manager will play a critical role in building the foundational frameworks, processes, and operating model used to evaluate, improve, and innovate across a diverse set of product offerings. This individual will have a direct impact on both customer experience and overall business performance.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in an ambiguous, build-from-scratch environment. This role requires close collaboration across commercial, operational, finance, and digital teams to identify growth opportunities, assess product viability, and develop ROI-driven business cases to support investment decisions.
Analyze product performance across multiple revenue streams and customer journeys to identify opportunities to optimize, expand, or sunset offerings.

Duties:
* Design and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and performance tracking models to measure product success and inform decision-making
* Translate performance insights into clear, actionable recommendations that improve profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
* Support continuous improvement efforts by monitoring results post-implementation and refining strategies as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
* 5+ years of experience in product management, commercial strategy, business performance, analytics, or a closely related discipline
* Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations
* Proven experience building financial models and developing ROI-based business cases
* Experience working with digital product teams, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders
* Highly self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
