Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Test Equipment Design Engineer with a strong background in electrical design and software automation. This role involves developing, building, and integrating advanced test platforms and architectures for a variety of programs. You'll work with analog/digital, RF, high-power, and embedded systems using both custom and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) test equipment.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Test Equipment Design Engineer with a strong background in electrical design and software automation. Key Responsibilities
- Develop test hardware, software, and firmware from requirements through deployment
- Lead small engineering teams and report technical progress, cost, and schedule to leadership
- Identify and resolve test readiness issues throughout the development lifecycle
- Ensure adherence to project budget, schedule, and performance goals
- Support mechanical engineering and suppliers in test adapter design
- Work independently or collaboratively within a team environment
- Present technical work clearly in project status meetings
- Support manufacturing operations with on-site troubleshooting and debugging
- Engage in ongoing technical development and growth
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience
- Experience in electrical engineering design and/or software automation
- U.S. Citizenship with active and transferable security clearance
- Ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance prior to start
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience leading technical tasks and small to mid-sized teams
- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira/Confluence, EVMS)
- Proficiency with National Instruments tools (TestStand, LabWindows/CVI, LabVIEW)
- Experience in digital, analog, RF, and/or power supply test hardware/software design
- Skilled in automating commercial test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, analyzers, etc.)
