Senior Project Manager / PMO Lead to oversee complex healthcare projects and manage the project portfolio process. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, drive project execution, manage schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications while ensuring projects meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead PMO operations, project portfolio management, and governance processes.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and executive status reporting.
• Coordinate with business, technology, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
• Drive business readiness, change management, and training activities.
• Ensure compliance with CMS and FNS requirements.
• Lead multiple project managers and complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Monitor project performance, KPIs, and corrective action plans.
