Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Accountants and Auditors to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Support disaster recovery and grants management activities, including project development, documentation review, compliance monitoring, and financial analysis.
- Assist with transaction testing, data validation, reporting, and preparation of project deliverables for federally funded programs.
- Collaborate with state and local government stakeholders to coordinate project activities, track progress, and maintain program documentation.
- Analyze program data, identify compliance issues, and recommend process improvements to support successful project execution.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

|
Experience
|
2–5 years of experience supporting disaster recovery, grants management, compliance, audit, financial management, emergency management, or federally funded government programs.

Technical Skills
|
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, Data Analysis, Financial Analysis, Grants Management Systems, Compliance Monitoring, Documentation Management, Reporting

Business / Domain Skills
|
Disaster Recovery, Grants Administration, FEMA Public Assistance, HUD CDBG-DR, Financial Compliance, Government Consulting

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting FEMA Public Assistance, HUD CDBG-DR, or other federally funded grant programs.
- Experience working with state or local government agencies on disaster recovery or resilience initiatives.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
