Job Description:
Role Overview
The Generalist CI Manager resides within governance and is responsible for executing and remediating configuration and hardware asset management controls across multiple domains. This role owns database-related CIs and provides additional support across domains as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute configuration and asset controls for database platforms and assigned domains.
- Remediate control failures and data quality issues.
- Implement domain baseline standards into executable controls.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise configuration management standards.
- Identify gaps in domain standards and support updates.
- Maintain CMDB accuracy and remediation tracking.

- Configuration and asset management across multiple domains
- ServiceNow CMDB and HAM experience
- Control remediation and data quality management

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
