Job Description:

As a Business Analyst (PeopleSoft) you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Mandatory Technical skills: - Business Analysis, Peoplesoft FSCM, Sql,

Responsibilities: -

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Accounts Payable
• Ability to independently lead requirements and functional solution design
• Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and voucher-to-payment lifecycle
• Hands-on knowledge of: o Voucher creation, matching and approvals o Voucher posting and accounting entries o Vendor/supplier processes o Pay Cycle and payment processing Requirements gathering and gap analysis
• Functional specifications and process flows
• Configuration and impact analysis
• SIT/UAT planning and defect triage
• Production issue analysis and resolution
• Ability to work closely with PeopleCode developers and business stakeholders
• Strong SQL / PS Query knowledge preferred Preferred
• Experience with GL, Purchasing, AR or other PeopleSoft FSCM modules
• PUM/upgrade experience
• Integration/interface experience
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skill

Educational Qualifications: -

Engineering Degree BE / ME / BTech / M Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc.

Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
