Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-complexity, high-visibility strategic projects and programs supporting the AI Health Cloud platform. This role is ideal for an experienced project or program manager who excels in Agile execution, cross-functional coordination, and executive-level communication. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of initiatives spanning AI-enabled product development, data platforms, healthcare integrations, and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent projects and programs from initiation through delivery, stabilization, and value realization.
- Drive execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives with high technical depth and organizational visibility.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions, and change.
- Deliver projects using Agile or hybrid Agile delivery models and support Agile ceremonies.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination across product, engineering, data, AI/ML, clinical, pharmacy, and corporate teams.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating delivery status into executive-level insights.
- Own program-level reporting, including roadmaps, delivery timelines, KPIs, and risks.
- Manage work using Azure DevOps Boards or equivalent Agile tools.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of program and project management practices.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years managing complex projects or programs. Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional IT initiatives is required.
Technical Skills: A strong working knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks and hybrid models is necessary. Experience using Azure DevOps Boards or similar tools is also required.
Professional Skills: Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills are needed. The ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and regulated environments is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare technology, payer, provider, or pharmacy environments.
- Experience managing AI-enabled product, data platform, or analytics initiatives.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data/AI delivery lifecycles.
- Experience supporting enterprise or executive-level initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is $70.00/hr to $80.00/hr. A comprehensive benefits package is available to eligible employees.
