Description Robert Half is seeking a
Email Specialist for a fully remote contract opportunity, who will support the execution and optimization of email marketing campaigns.This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Pay: $25-32
Hours per week: 37.5 -40 hours a week
Schedule: M-F, PST Hours
Software Required: Experience with Pardot, Publicate, Splash, Mailchimp
Responsibilities:- Review existing email marketing templates and update content as needed to align with new branding guidelines
- Rebuild email templates using updated fonts, colors, imagery, and layouts
- Manage and archive email marketing content within Pardot
- Build and update email templates using drag-and-drop tools such as Publicate
- Provide light support for event email marketing using Splash, including updating and replacing existing themes
- Archive outdated or unused email marketing assets
- Provide backup website support by updating content across CMS platforms, including Drupal (current) and Sitecore (new CMS)
- Migrate website content to the new CMS and audit pages to ensure accuracy, formatting, and visual consistency
- Archive outdated or unused website content as part of ongoing site maintenance
Requirements Requirements:- Prior experience supporting web content updates and site maintenance
- Experience working within established branding guidelines, including supporting rebrand initiatives
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Pardot, Publicate, Splash, Mailchimp, or similar tools
- Experience managing and updating content within CMS platforms such as Drupal, Sitecore, or other website CMS tools
