As a Software Engineer you'll work with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to design and build user experiences that transform how people navigate their careers, in a culture that values innovation, ownership, and continuous learning. Your expertise in modern front-end and back-end development will directly shape products used by talent acquisition teams globally.
This is a hybrid position based at Hyderabad, our strategic hub for data and analytics development in India.

Responsibilities - Architect solutions for complex technical challenges, making decisions that balance functionality, performance, and maintainability
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable user interfaces using React and TypeScript, and REST API services using Node.js
- Lead the integration and development of customer-facing data and analytics solutions, including frontend applications with embedded business intelligence (i.e., reports and dashboards), datasets, widget-based intelligence, predictive and prescriptive models, and conversational AI and other agentic capabilities to enable future insights
- Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and performant in cloud environments
- Collaborate with product managers to define requirements and with engineers and data scientists across the stack to deliver major features
- Write comprehensive automated tests and lead code reviews to maintain code quality
- Lead improvements in engineering practices and system architecture
- Grow your technical and leadership skills
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 4+ years of professional software development experience
- Expert proficiency in at least one of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, or React
- Proficiency with SPA and REST API-based architectures and modern software engineering practices (e.g., CI/CD, testing, code reviews, agile methodologies)
- Proficiency with test automation, unit testing, and continuous integration practices
- Experience with cloud platforms and deployment practices
- Experience with business intelligence tools (i.e., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with intellectual curiosity
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical teams
- Demonstrated experience in working cross-functionally with engineers, driving technical projects, or influencing architectural decisions
