Social Marketing ManagerHybrid in NYC
We are looking for an experienced social media manager to join our team, with a primary focus on elevating and executing enterprise B2B strategy across LinkedIn and other channels. This role will help drive success for the social team, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and optimize LinkedIn content, thought leadership programs, and integrated social campaigns.
The ideal candidate is an excellent copywriter and storyteller who's passionate about social media and B2B tech. They have a track record of managing LinkedIn for big tech brands, including thought leadership, executive content, and community management. They are a strong writer, able to turn complex narratives into platform-native posts, and can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and iterative environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn strategy, spanning owned channel content, executive/spokesperson amplification, and partner storytelling
- Translate the platform offering in a way that engages global enterprise customers
- Write all LinkedIn copy and advise on editorial approach
- Collaborate with creative partners to develop LinkedIn-native content
- Manage and execute editorial calendar, publishing cadence, and content pipeline for LinkedIn
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including Product Marketing, Comms, Business Marketing, and executive stakeholders
- Analyze performance data to formulate insights and recommendations; contribute to the team's learning agenda
- Support employee advocacy and executive social programs where applicable
- Stay current on LinkedIn platform updates, B2B social media trends, and emerging best practices
- Partner with the central community management team on engagement strategies
- Ensure all content aligns with the campaign's strategic positioning
Minimum Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content marketing
- 5+ years of experience managing LinkedIn programs for B2B brands
- Strong copywriting skills - ability to write in multiple voices (brand, executive, thought leadership) with a clear, compelling point of view
- Demonstrated experience developing content strategies for professional and business audiences
- Experience working on tech products or platforms with a demonstrated understanding of how to translate technical capabilities into audience-facing stories
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn organic content, audience growth, engagement tactics, and analytics
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Strong written communication, copywriting, and content development abilities
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications- Experience partnering with executives or subject matter experts on writing thought leadership content
- Experience working with global or enterprise-scale organizations
- Experience using Google Suite, Jira, and Brandwatch
- Experience working on a global brand with non-U.S. audiences
